Heavy Industrial Welder – Night Shift North Charleston, SCFull-Time | Night Shift (Shift Differential) Responsibilities: Perform welding on large industrial components and equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding as required Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications Use hand and power tools to prep, fit, and finish materials Operate lifting equipment (cranes/hoists) for large parts Maintain a clean and safe work environment Coordinate with machinists and other team members Work overtime as needed, including weekends Preferred Experience: Heavy industrial or manufacturing environment Experience welding large components or structural materials Familiarity with multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) Experience with blueprint reading and weld symbols Grinding, fitting, and fabrication experience Overhead crane and forklift operation Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3+ years of welding experience preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to work in a controlled-access facilityG
