Key duties
- Run crane operations to hoist, relocate, and set materials/equipment.
- Conduct inspections and basic maintenance to ensure readiness and safety.
- Collaborate with the crew to plan lift sequences and rigging strategies.
- Apply all safety policies and regulatory requirements on the job site.
- Log and report equipment malfunctions and safety issues promptly.
- Assist with loading/unloading to keep material flow steady.
- Attend training sessions to expand operational knowledge and skills.
Required credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current crane operator certification.
- Demonstrated experience with crane operation and material handling.
- Strong command of safety practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor.
