• Move fabricated structures, steel components, modular assemblies, skids, and industrial equipment throughout the facility
• Conduct daily crane inspections and maintain safe crane operating practices
• Coordinate with Riggers, welders, fabricators, and production teams during lifting operations
• Support Overhead Crane Operator activities throughout fabrication and manufacturing operations
• Inspect slings, chains, hooks, spreader bars, and lifting hardware prior to use
• Properly rig large weldments, fabricated assemblies, containers, and industrial equipment for transport and positioning
• Determine lifting points, load weights, center of gravity, and safe rigging configurations
• Support Rigger activities tied to fabrication, welding, assembly, and industrial manufacturing operations
• Assist with positioning materials and assemblies for welding, fabrication, paint, electrical integration, and final assembly
• Maintain organized staging areas and safe work zones throughout the facility
• Support Material Handler activities across fabrication, assembly, warehouse, and manufacturing operations
• Perform all lifting operations in accordance with safe load handling practices
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Stop work immediately if unsafe lifting conditions or operational hazards are identified
• Experience operating overhead cranes in fabrication, steel, modular construction, or heavy manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of rigging practices, load balancing, lifting hardware, and safe material handling procedures
• Ability to safely move large fabricated assemblies and industrial equipment throughout production operations
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting Overhead Crane Operator, Rigger, and Material Handler responsibilities in heavy manufacturing environments preferred
• Forklift or industrial material handling equipment experience preferred
• Experience supporting modular construction, industrial fabrication, or engineered product manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and crane inspection standards preferred
• Experience supporting Overhead Crane Operator, Rigger, and Material Handler work in fabrication or steel manufacturing environments preferred
