Job Title: Heavy Material Handler/Inventory Specialist

Hourly Rate: $19
Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm
Job OverviewThis role combines forklift/material handling with inventory control. You will operate multiple types of forklifts safely, receive and move materials throughout the facility, and use handheld scanners to track inventory. Responsibilities include performing cycle counts, verifying part numbers/quantities/locations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting shipping and receiving as needed.
What Youll Do- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move materials safely within the facility.
- Receive, stage, load/unload, and transport materials to designated storage locations.
- Use handheld scanners to support inventory tracking, receiving, picking, and material movement.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory, verifying part numbers, quantities, and locations.
- Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies; maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support daily warehouse operations, including basic shipping/receiving assistance and routine equipment checks.
What Were Looking For- Experienced forklift operator comfortable with stand-up and sit-down equipment
- Inventory control experience, including cycle counts and physical inventory
- Handheld scanner experience for inventory tracking and verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording part numbers, quantities, and locations
- Safety-focused team member with reliable attendance and dependable work history
