We are looking for Heavy mechanics with strong experience, own tools/rolling toolbox. Candidate would not need any type of training, they can pull an engine/transmission, or diagnose various repair issues and fix.
Details to know:
They will be fixing brand new cars off the lot.
Ask if they are certified. If they say yes ask which certification. Listen for ASE Certified. If they have ASE and working experience then they are willing to pay more $$.
Ask them if they ever worked on commission based position? If so, that's a great thing! It means they understand timeliness and can be productive.
MQRG loves backyard mechanics! They are willing to get their hands on anything.
Must have their own toolbox.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to lift 50 pounds.
The ability to work in various weather conditions.
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly for the entirety of the workday.
The ability to move, bend, walk, crouch, and kneel for extended periods of time.
