HEAVY PACKER

Schedule: 10-12 hour shifts Monday - Thursday
1st Shift — 6:20 AM to 6:20 PM. Overtime and additional hours may be required based on production needs.
Potential performance pay.

Pay: $15.50–$16.50/hour (based on experience) + Paid for Performance Incentives

Job Duties:
• Assist with packing and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Repetitively lift and handle 50-pound bags throughout the shift
• Perform continuous, repetitive motions while maintaining production standards
• Verify product accuracy and compare labels, materials, and measurements carefully
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards throughout the work area
• Support team production goals and daily output requirements

Requirements:
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds every 7–10 seconds
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks continuously throughout the shift
• Good basic math and comparison skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed

This is a physically demanding production role best suited for candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive manufacturing environment.
