HEDIS Coordinator

Summary:

• Work Mode: 100% Remote
• Duration: 2 months, possible extension

Responsibilities:

• Work member gap lists to search EMRs and pull qualifying records.
• Audit submitted records for validation.
• Review 80 – 100 charts per day.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure HEDIS care gaps are closed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement or healthcare-related fields.
• Working knowledge of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).
• Must be very familiar with HEDIS measures and technical specifications.
• Ability to pass measure tests with 95% or higher.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong HEDIS measure experience.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
• Team collaboration skills and a driven focus on tasks.
