Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Assembles, disassembles, and modifies aerospace vehicle systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading components to correct failures or implement changes.

• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repairs faulty components.

• Performs validation and verification testing of systems and components.

• Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance for repairs, test results, modifications, and inspection results.

• Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements.

• Performs maintenance (MX) on MH-139 aircraft.

• Supports flightline operations and scheduled maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoots aircraft systems.

• Applies full avionics experience for aircraft system troubleshooting.

• Uses precision tools and equipment for system configuration and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain security clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Helicopter maintenance experience for mechanics is required.

• Full avionics experience for technicians is required.

• Ability to lift, climb stairs, and stand for long periods is required.

• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned.

• Preferred: USAF experience with IMDS and 781 series forms.

• Preferred: Prior military experience.

• Experience with aerospace vehicle assembly, disassembly, and modification.
