Hello Sailor is hiring an Office Assistant to support our management team. This role helps keep operations running smoothly so managers can stay focused on service and hospitality.
Ideal for restaurant managers looking to transition into a more administrative, operations-focused role—while staying in hospitality.
Schedule
Wed–Sat: 11 AM – 7 PM
Sun: 11 AM – 5 PM
What You’ll Do
Provide main support as a Maitre'd during peak hours
Manage reservations + answer phones (Resy experience a plus)
Assist with invoices, orders, and billing email
Support shift change (cash counts, server checkout, tip entry)
Run errands (bank, ABC Store, Costco, Harris Teeter)
Help schedule interviews
Provide assistance to HR and Accounting
Daily office work

Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Strong communication + problem-solving skills
Hospitality mindset
Requirements
Reliable transportation
21+ (required for ABC Store runs)
Able to be on your feet + lift boxes
Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, spreadsheets)
