We're seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our expanding outpatient Behavioral Health team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new outpatient psychiatry program alongside a recently recruited physician who is dual board-certified in Psychiatry and Family Medicine.
You'll care for adult and adolescent patients while working alongside our Psychiatry/Family Medicine physician, primary care providers, and behavioral health professionals. Backed by our successful Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program and an established primary care referral network, you'll help expand access to psychiatric care while shaping a growing outpatient program that will serve our communities for years to come.
Benefits Include:
Base compensation starting at $140,000, with production and quality incentives available from day one
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)-eligible employer

Practice:
100% outpatient practice
Adult and adolescent patient population
Monday-Friday schedule with no hospital call
Partner with a newly recruited Psychiatry/Family Medicine physician to build a comprehensive outpatient psychiatry program
Join our established Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program utilizing the nationally recognized Collaborative Care Model
Established primary care referral network with immediate patient demand
Perform psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for a broad range of behavioral health conditions
Collaborate with primary care providers, behavioral care coordinators, therapists, and other clinical professionals to provide integrated care
