Contract
Provide end-user support for PeopleSoft applications to assist with day-to-day operations and use. First level response to issues and inquiries for PeopleSoft. Responsible for resolving minor issues and assisting users with proper use of the applications. Fulfill requests for security access to applications according to defined business functions and constraints. Escalate issues as needed to Level 2 business and technical support personnel. Contribute to support center and end-user knowledge bases as issues are identified.
