What You’ll Do & Bring

As a Help Desk Analyst I, you'll serve as a key technology resource for patients and staff, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting MyCHN’s patient-focused technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and technical assistance for patients and employees
  • Troubleshoot computers, printers, tablets, cellular devices, and Bluetooth health devices
  • Support patient-facing technology including patient portals, mobile applications, and remote monitoring tools
  • Assist users with email and software-related issues
  • Document, track, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Install, update, and maintain software and supported applications
  • Assist with device updates, patches, and system maintenance
  • Maintain technology asset inventory and reporting
  • Support ongoing technology initiatives and other IT-related duties as assigned

What You Bring:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Understanding of security best practices, including updates and antivirus management
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Ability to learn and utilize ticket-based help desk systems
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement

Preferred:

  • A+ or Network+ Certification
  • Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices
  • Healthcare industry experience
