Immediate need for a talented Help Desk Analyst. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone
  • Handle approximately 30-40 inbound support calls per day
  • Troubleshoot and resolve: Login and password issues, Email and Microsoft Office 365 issues, Software-related problems, Mobile device support requests, General technical support inquiries
  • Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Document support activities and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting response and resolution expectations
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills; 2 years of Help Desk or IT Technical Support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting: Microsoft Office 365, Email issues, Login and authentication issues
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite and iOS support
  • 2 years of Help Desk or IT Technical Support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting: Microsoft Office 365, Email issues, Login and authentication issues
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Email support
  • User account and login troubleshooting, Basic desktop support, iOS support
  • High School Diploma or GED
