CyberLinx Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk / Field Support Technician to provide first level technical support and onsite assistance for end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, supporting desktop environments, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service oriented, and comfortable working both remotely and onsite at user or branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems running Microsoft Windows
  • Support email and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, printers)
  • Perform hardware deployments, workstation setups, and imaging
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams as needed
  • Provide onsite field support when required
