Description:
Tyto Athene is seeking a candidate for the role of Helpdesk I serving a military customer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues to include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
- Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution and has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures, such as trouble ticket systems, troubleshooting, active directory, etc.
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines (SOPs) to perform the functions of the job.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Associates’ degree or equivalent
- Two (2) years of IT support experience
Clearance:
- Secret Clearance required

Compensation:
- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is between $60,000-$62,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
