What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of Help Desk or IT Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Comfortable performing physical IT work and traveling between locations
- Strong communication, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT team
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, login/account, printer, and connectivity issues
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user peripherals
- Manage support tickets using Freshservice
- Deploy, replace, and install hardware and equipment
- Perform field support and installations in office and warehouse environments
- Assist with inventory management, staging, and decommissioning of devices
- Escalate issues appropriately with detailed documentation and troubleshooting notes
About the Role
Seeking a dependable, hands-on Help Desk Technician to support end users and perform day-to-day IT operations across office and warehouse environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of desk support, field work, deployments, and hands-on technical tasks.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the technology users interact with daily, while working closely with senior IT staff to escalate more advanced infrastructure issues when necessary.
