Help Desk / Network Engineer
$80,000–$100,000 plus full benefits
Hybrid with regular onsite client visits throughout Long Island and the metropolitan area of New York.
We are a Managed IT Services provider with more than 20 years of experience supporting businesses throughout the New York area.
Our primary focus is providing exceptional IT support and cybersecurity services to law firms, where responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to business clients both remotely and onsite.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers and Active Directory environments.
Troubleshoot networking issues including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and other business technology. Respond to support requests through our ticketing system while maintaining accurate documentation.
Collaborate with other engineers on complex issues and infrastructure projects.
Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and proactive system health checks.
Participate in client onboarding, technology upgrades, and occasional after-hours maintenance windows.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional IT support experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), corporate IT department, or similar environment.
Strong experience supporting both Windows and macOS operating systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking fundamentals.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently diagnose complex technical issues.
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a technical team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
Residence in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kaseya, Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, or similar MSP tools.
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
Technical certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or equivalent.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor with CNC Set-up/Programming experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manufacturing supervision with the ability to operate CNC machinery and supervise CNC operators. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a supportive and hands-on manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee production functions in roughing and machining.
· Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources.
· Direct and mentor staff to produce quality products on time.
· Assist and train operators in the setup and programming of CNC machines.
· Set up and program machines on an ongoing basis.
· Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and inspection plans.
· Load/unload parts, inspect work using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
· Monitor machines for proper operation and remediate issues.
· Perform basic machine maintenance (change tooling, clean area, etc.).
· Keep accurate records of work performed and parts produced
Additional Responsibilities
· Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure.
· Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation.
· Set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
· Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality.
· Drive accountability using coaching and support and performance management.
· Assess operations staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address needs.
· Implement manufacturing best practice tools and processes.
· Ensure compliance with environmental policies, systems and processes.
· Drive process improvement.
Qualifications:
· 3 years supervisory experience (5 to 8 employees)
· 10 years of CNC machine setup and programming experience.
· Knowledge of G-code and CNC controls is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
