Answers and documents calls placed to the help desk, documents problem resolution, and strives for first-call resolution for customers relying on the VHS help desk. Qualifications Education: Associates Degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent related work experience. Experience: Two to five years of basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems. License/Certification: Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience. Other: Healthcare experience preferred.
