Help Desk Specialist - 175864

Responsibilities: for the Help Desk Specialist include: Provide technical support for NEXUS-enabled missions and mission-critical operational systems. Monitor and respond to requests within Mattermost support channels and assist users with troubleshooting activities. Resolve connectivity, application, and device issues involving Windows systems, tactical communications platforms, tablets, laptops, and related technologies. Manage discrepancy reports (DRs), monitor troubleshooting tools, and coordinate issue resolution activities. Escalate complex technical issues to subject matter experts and maintain Systems Integration Lab (SIL) node capabilities. Required Qualifications for the Help Desk Specialist include: 1+ years of Help Desk, Technical Support, Customer Service, or related experience. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies. Experience using ticketing systems, call center tools, or service desk platforms. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree. Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24x7 support environment. Eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Active Secret Clearance.
