Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware, software, peripheral devices, and identify network issues.

Must undergo a criminal history check and provide proof of US citizenship or legal alien status.
Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to help desk tickets according to the Director of Technology's guidelines.
Lead and collaborate with Help Desk Specialist Level I to effectively resolve support tickets and manage various projects.
Provide on-site support at different locations as required.
Troubleshoot and perform hardware repairs and software/system upgrades as necessary and appropriate.
Support audiovisual equipment.
Install and maintain computers, printers and related technology.
Execute projects as delegated by the Director of Technology.
Maintain current system integrations and implement additional integrations as identified and approved; including but not limited to Powerschool, Google, LinkIt!, IEPDirect, MDR, MDM and other programs as necessary.
Be available outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on district needs.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Adhere to all district policies and regulations.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Technology, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, or Superintendent of Schools.

Salary starting from $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
