The ideal candidate will provide prompt and efficient technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of our computer systems and applications.Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and installation activities.Equipment Setup: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software for employee use.Training and Assistance: Provide training and support to users on the proper use of hardware and software.System Monitoring: Conduct diagnostics and perform regular checks to ensure system stability and security.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
