What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests (calls, tickets, and inquiries)
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues
Document and track incidents in the case management system
Resolve routine issues and escalate more complex problems as needed
Support employees across branches, home office, and remote environments
Assist with system setup for new locations and users
Participate in testing new software and system updates
Identify trends and recurring issues to improve support processes
What You Bring:
Experience in a call center or customer service environment
Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful approach
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in fast-paced situations
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new systems
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem solving
Work Setup & Schedule:
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states:
AL, GA, ID, LA, MO, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI
Quarterly travel to Spartanburg, SC (company-paid)
Rotating schedule:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Participation in an on-call rotation
