Dealers own their portfolios and share in the collections on the associated installment loan contracts.As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with technology departments from various companies in the Hankey Investments Group to ensure reliable operation of our systems.ResponsibilitiesProcess new user setup and termination requests in required systems.Respond to phone calls, emails and online tickets using company's ticketing system.Troubleshoot and correct basic problems with multiple applications (either home grown or through third party vendors)Communicate with third party vendors and providers.Maintain inventory system and keep a detailed log of assets for traceability.Occasional weekend and evening support, either on call or on site when needed.Be in charge of premises access, create, assign and disable identification badges.Review system logs and escalate errors.Essential Skills and KnowledgeMinimum of 2 years of experience in IT troubleshooting and support.Take initiative, be proactive and propose improvements to streamline existing processes.Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership of issues.Basic PC hardware knowledge and computer device setup and troubleshooting.Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop OS version 7, 8 and 10.Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and user permissions (ACL).Knowledge of shared and network printers.
