Job Location – Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - 3 Days a Week Onsite) Remote OK Type - Contract (12/31/26 End Date) Pay Rate – $32.00 - $35.00 Per Hour (W2 Only) Candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis, must have a valid California Driver's License and have own vehicle to drive to different field offices Candidates will also need to provide 3 professional references Our client is actively seeking (4) Help Desk Support Analysts to provide day-to-day technical support, including troubleshooting application and hardware issues, assisting staff as customer engagement experts through the Help Desk hotline, and deploying computer hardware and equipment to company staff.Responsibilities: Function as a subject matter expert on desktops, laptops, applications, and systems integration.Provide customer service to internal staff at all levels, as well as to members of the public.Install and replace basic computer hardware components.Maintain inventory of all assets and perform updates to the asset management database.Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in Microsoft Active Directory.Responsible for the loading, unpacking, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware, including proprietary office and Internet related applications.Work directly with the Technology Infrastructure team to evaluate hardware configuration and assist in their installation and modification.Other related tasks as identifiedQualifications: 4+ years full time working experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite 2019 suite or above, and Apple iOSStrength to perform average lifting of less than 5 pounds and occasionally over 15 pounds; good speaking and hearing ability; good eyesight4+ years of experience in the installation and support of hardware components associated with Departmental, distributed, and personal computer systemsHelpdesk experience (4+ years)Good oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of Active DirectoryAble to create and update technical documentationAble to train staff as neededMust have a valid California driver's licenseMust have own vehicle to drive to field offices#J-18808-Ljbffr
