What You'll Do:

  • Be the Tech Hero: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical assistance, solving problems with speed and precision.
  • Master the Environment: Configure, test, and troubleshoot network and wireless issues to keep our office humming.
  • Build the Foundation: Format and set up desktops and laptops, ensuring every new user has the tools they need for success from day one.
  • Solve the Puzzle: Use diagnostic techniques and sharp questioning to isolate problems and implement smart, lasting solutions.
  • Innovate: Don't just follow the status quo-identify and suggest improvements to our procedures to make our IT department even better.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a support or help desk role.
  • Education: An Associate degree (or equivalent experience); a BS in Computer Science or a related field is a huge plus!
  • Tech Prowess: Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and network devices (computers, phones, tablets, and copiers).
  • Communication Skills: You can walk someone through a complex problem-solving process with ease and a smile.
  • The Right Mindset: You are goal-oriented, detail-obsessed, and possess a genuine hunger to learn new technologies.
