As the first point of contact for technical support, you'll play a critical role in keeping our healthcare teams connected and productive. From troubleshooting computers and mobile devices to supporting new employee onboarding and participating in exciting technology projects, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.

What You'll Do

As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues.
  • Provide prompt, professional support for hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems both remotely and in person.
  • Configure, maintain, and repair workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Create user accounts in Active Directory and perform password resets.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the IT ticketing and knowledge base systems.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when appropriate.
  • Support network connectivity and maintain computer and printer functionality across the organization.
  • Participate in hardware deployments, technology upgrades, and IT projects.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing devices, accounts, and system access.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to staff on technology and software applications.
  • Participate in the on-call support rotation for after-hours emergencies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with technology through IT support, technical coursework, or hands-on experience with computer hardware and software.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and mobile devices (iOS).
  • Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
  • Ability to respond onsite during emergencies, including occasional after-hours support.
Preferred Qualifications

We're especially interested in candidates with:

  • Previous Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
  • Healthcare IT experience.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with Active Directory, ITSM ticketing systems (such as KBOX), and business networking.
  • Experience onboarding users and setting up computers, accounts, and devices for new employees.

What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A creative problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting technology.
  • Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with users of all technical skill levels.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator with excellent documentation skills.
  • Security-minded and committed to protecting organizational information.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
  • Dependable, collaborative, and motivated by making a positive impact.
