Are you the person everyone turns to when technology isn’t cooperating? Do you enjoy solving problems, digging into the “why” behind an issue, and finding the right solution quickly? Lentegrity is seeking a Help Desk Technician, who will play a key role in keeping our business users productive by managing support requests, troubleshooting everything from hardware to SaaS applications, and partnering with our Developers to support our in-house applications.

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA (Hybrid, must be able to commute to Foothill Ranch 3x per week)
Department: IT
Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Range:$27.90-$30.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

·    Document, track and monitor incident tickets to ensure timely resolution

• Ensure appropriate attention and escalation of customer problems by documenting the impact and assigning an appropriate priority
• Provide over the phone technical support for onsite and remote employees, including hardware troubleshooting, issues with Microsoft business applications, and SaaS applications
• Set up technology for new hires to ensure that all equipment is working, and all software is loaded
• Follow-up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved and that the request is completed
• Support current SaaS applications with creating and removing user accounts
• Provide support to the batch process by troubleshooting issues
• Support implementation of Physical and Cloud based infrastructure projects
• Assist in project implementations, testing, and documentation
• Maintain basic inventory level control of all hardware and software licenses

 Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex computer technical issues
• Strong working Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN, and Wireless technologies
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Working Knowledge of Azure and Azure AD
• Working Knowledge of Cloud and Physical Infrastructure technologies preferred
• Working Knowledge of Windows Systems Administrator (Server/Active Directory)
• Preferred candidates will have Microsoft certifications or other industry relevant certifications
