Help Desk Technician | Franklin, TN | Hybrid | 12-Month Contract

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join a fast-paced support team based in Franklin, TN. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule - you'll be on-site five days a week for the first month, then transition to three days on-site and two days remote.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on desktop support experience while working alongside technicians and taking on projects that expand your IT skill set.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be providing Tier 1 technical support to corporate employees across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Day to day, that looks like password resets, VPN troubleshooting, laptop imaging and setup for new users, printer support, and remote assistance via email and phone. The team handles roughly 1,000 to 1,100 tickets per week through ServiceNow, so you'll need to be comfortable creating, updating, and closing tickets within that platform.

What We're Looking For

Strong candidates will have experience with Tier 1 technical support, particularly in a remote or email-heavy environment. You should be comfortable working in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows, with a solid understanding of basic networking concepts and laptop hardware. Experience with PC imaging and a call centers are a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
