Cento Fine Foods is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Technician I to join our growing IT team. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues and is responsible for providing timely and professional support across the organization.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, helping others, and learning new technologies. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise systems, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, and cybersecurity technologies in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-level technical support for employees via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person requests.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
