We are professional, innovative, customer-centric and our goal is to provide expert IT support for client networks and IT systems..Our work environment includes:Modern office settingTeam orientedGrowth opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.- Work with key client contacts to support their individual networks and software systems.- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.- Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN/SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.- Analyze client system logs/reports and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.Qualifications:- Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.- Strong knowledge of network and computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.- Deep understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies.- Highly experienced with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.- Certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.- Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus.- MSP/Help Desk Experience is a must.- Linux knowledge is a plus but not required.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
