PCR Systems, Inc., a well-established IT outsourcing company for over 30 years, is seeking a Help Desk Technician for one of our hospitals in Long Branch, New Jersey.

Job Details:
  • Qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of the Windows operating system, applications, and basic networking.
  • Our team at the hospital works directly with their helpdesk to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, manage and deploy new computers, perform minor hardware repairs, and any other related work that they require.
  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of college or trade school and/or 1 year of job experience in a related field.  The candidate must be able to demonstrate their understanding of the required skills.
