OverviewAkkodis is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a contract-to-hire job with a 100% remote opportunity.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email, and chat.Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and assist with user access and account management, with some customer service interaction.QualificationsExperience in troubleshooting with some customer service experience.Pay and BenefitsPay Range: $17/hr to $18/hr on W2.
