Job Title: Help Desk Technician
*NOT A REMOTE POSITION*
Educational requirements: Associate's Degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent work experience preferred.
Reports to: IT Manager
Primary job responsibility: Serve as the first point of contact for end users and provide technical assistance for incoming issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
