Help Desk Technician

A growing organization in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician to join its internal IT team. This is a full-time, direct-hire, fully onsite opportunity supporting employees across multiple business locations. This person will provide Tier 1 technical support in a Microsoft environment, working with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, desktop hardware, peripherals, and proprietary business applications.

The company is in the middle of a major technology transformation as it brings more of its IT operations in-house and modernizes infrastructure across a growing number of locations. They have already invested more than $500,000 into infrastructure upgrades, including data center improvements, new fiber connections, and replacing legacy environments. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of IT support experience who wants to continue building their technical skill set, work alongside experienced infrastructure professionals, and eventually grow into Systems Administration or Infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2-3 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
· Experience supporting Microsoft 365
· Active Directory user administration, including password resets, account management, and account unlocks
· Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience
· Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience

· CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
· Experience with NinjaOne or a similar ticketing platform
· Basic networking knowledge
· Experience supporting printers or production environments
· Interest in continuing to grow within Infrastructure or Systems Administration

Tech Breakdown

· 70% Windows Desktop & Microsoft 365 Support
· 20% Active Directory & User Administration
· 10% Hardware Deployment & IT Projects

Daily Responsibilities

· 90% Hands-On Technical Support
· 10% Project Work & Team Collaboration

The Offer

· $55,000 - $70,000 annual salary
