We're looking for an L1/L2 Help Desk Technician to join our team in Reynoldsburg, OH.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues

Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems

Use backup and recovery tools and perform basic firewall administration

Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols

Manage client requests using CRM and ticketing systems

Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Skills You'll Need

    Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment

    A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set

    1–3 years of hands-on PC support experience

    Microsoft 365 (Office 365) experience

    General knowledge of PC hardware, cloud services, networking, and business applications

      Compensation & Benefits

      $22–$25/hour, based on experience
