MUST:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
3+ Year of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
Experience supporting NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments
Experience troubleshooting workstation hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Experience with desktop configuration and maintenance
Experience with workstation imaging, setup, installation, and upgrades
Experience replacing workstations and peripherals
IAT II certification: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP
Strong troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-resolution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
DUTIES:
Provide 100% onsite Help Desk support for SDDC NIPRNET and SIPRNET customers
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve workstation and peripheral hardware/software issues
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop platforms
Perform workstation upgrades, imaging, setup, and installations
Replace workstations and peripheral equipment as needed
Establish and maintain a knowledge database documenting service requests, problems, and resolutions
Maintain documentation supporting SDDC Brigade, Battalion, and Detachment-level customers
Provide the required Knowledge Database to the Government monthly
Ensure problems and resolutions are documented by the 10th business day of the following month
Follow approved baseline configurations and applicable support procedures
