About the Role:
Vision Life LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Burbank, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support community integration by accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and outings
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
• Administer medications and follow health and safety protocols as directed
• Foster independence by teaching life skills and encouraging self-advocacy
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field preferred
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and health screening
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting independence
