Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused Aftermarket Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for aftermarket order management and logistics support. This role will support dealers by managing critical orders, expediting shipments, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with multiple departments across the organization to ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and customer aftermarket inquiries.
  • Manage order activities, including rush orders, Vehicle Off Road (VOR) requests, and other priority customer needs.
  • Provide logistics support from product availability through delivery completion.
  • Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers and dealers with order tracking, shipment status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and Volvo Group stakeholders to resolve order, inventory, and logistics challenges.
  • Maintain accurate order records and communicate updates to customers and business partners.
  • Proactively identify and address potential delivery delays or service concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service and order fulfillment processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting aftermarket operations, dealer networks, or parts distribution.
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain processes.
  • Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and order management software.
