Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Are you an enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for helping people? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in customer support, where you'll gain core skills and product knowledge under the guidance of our experienced leadership team.

Starting Pay: $19/hr 

Available Shifts:

  • 4 days a week: 9:30a-8pm
    • Training shift for two weeks: 9am-5:30pm

What You'll Do:

  • Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve routine issues like phone activations, order tracking, and general complaints.
  • Escalate more complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate account records.
  • Help coordinate with service providers, help desks, and other teams to ensure great service.
  • Perform data entry and process customer orders.
  • Act as an intermediary to prevent unnecessary upselling from service providers.


What We're Looking For:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing or high-volume environment.
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances.
  • This is a position that plays a foundational role in the Customer Service department. It has a Public Trust (High) risk designation, which will require a Background Investigation.
