We are looking for a dynamic IT Helpdesk / Help Desk Engineer who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Helpdesk / Help Desk Engineer, you will: Provide Level 1 support to multiple clients remotely in a primarily Microsoft environment;Assist with systems administration and projects; andMaintain documentation and knowledge base. *** Applicant must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. *** Responsibilities Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software.Create and administer new user accounts and groups.Work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 technicians to gain knowledge of network topology, profiles and tasks within a Windows-based back-end environment.Monitor the ticket queue and triage tickets as they are submitted; answer queue calls as they come in.Perform other duties as assigned.
