Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Helper for a company based in Calhoun, GA. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a leading floor covering installation products company, where your work will directly support the delivery of quality, performance, and value. This position is full-time temporary to hire.

Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-7:00pm
Monday to Thursday, 7:00am-7:00pm
Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
Helper Duties and Responsibilities
• Remove seaming tape from the machine and transfer finished material to the pallet staging area for storage and shipment. May also operate a hoist to move materials safely and efficiently.

• Handle and load spools of yarn and fiberglass as part of the production process, ensuring materials are properly supplied to equipment and workstations.
• Maintaining standards of work to improve and acquire new skills and work methods.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Helper Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to stoop, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Commitment to improve production processes and quality standard
• Ability to lift to 50lbs (in office assessment will be conducted)
