The Construction Helper supports mechanical and plumbing crews on commercial construction projects by performing basic tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians with material handling and job site preparation.
  • Load, unload, and move tools, equipment, and supplies as directed.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety compliance.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Support installation of mechanical and plumbing systems by holding, positioning, or securing materials.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications
