Carroll Water is seeking a Well Pump Technician to support our well drilling and pump service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking team. Employment is contingent upon: Maintaining a valid driver's license Meeting the Company's motor vehicle record (MVR) standards Remaining insurable under the Company's insurance policy Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in removal from driving duties or termination of employment, where permitted by law. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods Ability to use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and machinery Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
