Job Type: Full Time, hourly (nonexempt)

Lincoln Manufacturing, LLC, is currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Helper at our Houston, TX, Beaumont Hwy. location. The Helper performs a variety of tasks safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Ability to clean threads, drifting, stenciling, and tally pipe.
• Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor in accordance with published Industries Policies, Quality Control Procedures, Work Instructions, and Safety Guidelines.
• Wear proper PPE and safety equipment at all times when operating equipment, using tools, and using chemicals. Efficiently and safely meet daily Production Goals.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work stations are clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform stationary work for the majority of the shift.
• Punctual and dependable
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter and work with minimum supervision.
