Job SummaryHelpers assist Van Foreman in the packing, prepping and loading, transportation and delivery of our customers household goods in use.
Responsibilities - Travel to each location and ensure all boxes are properly packed, and all furniture is ready to move safely
- Load everything into the truck or vehicle with the team, taking care to make sure everything is well organized and the load is properly distributed
- Secure all boxes, furniture, and equipment before moving
- Unload all boxes, furniture, and equipment, placing them in the designated rooms as noted by the owners
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Can comfortably work in all weather conditions
- Can lift and move heavy objects
- Can work on your feet for much of the day
