Helper-Maintenance Worker

Our client, in a very exclusive country club is seeking a Helper-Maintenance Worker Grounds Worker to join their team. As a Helper-Maintenance Worker/Grounds Worker, you will be part of the engineering supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Helper-Maintenance Worker

Location: Rancho Mirage, CA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 5am - 2pm

What's the Job?

• Assist in maintaining outdoor landscapes, including planting, watering, and trimming plants and trees.
• Must HAVE EXPERIENCE IN Construction - Drywall, Painting, Custodial
• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing lawns, edging, and blowing leaves
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing
• Support team members in completing daily landscaping projects and tasks

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and work outdoors
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
