Healthcare United is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician to join a well supported and growing cancer program in East Central Illinois. The cancer center is located on the hospital campus providing efficient workflow and access to comprehensive oncology services. • Join an established oncology team including physicians advanced practice providers and radiation oncology
• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in both clinic and hospital settings
• Dedicated APP support for inpatient consults and infusion management
• Cancer center located on hospital campus for streamlined workflow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated cancer care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Participate in shared call rotation with phone call only coverage
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology Oncology
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in hematology and oncology
• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
