Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our growing cancer program in Findlay, NW Ohio.
- Four clinic days + one remote administrative day
- 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
- Established referral base with breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers
- Join 3 Hematology/Oncology physicians and 2 APPs
- 1:4 inpatient call with additional call compensation
- 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
- Full specialty support across 54 specialties, including General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology
- Access to Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
- Independent, physician-led health system with local decision-making and practice autonomy

Compensation & Benefits
- $550,000 guaranteed base salary + uncapped wRVU
- $100,000 signing bonus ($50k Year 1, $50k Year 2)
