DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Collaborate with physician assistants, medical assistants, and registered nurses
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Adhere to all credentialing and compliance requirements
- Participate in procedure log documentation as required
