About the Clinician's WorkdayThe clinician will provide comprehensive inpatient hematology and oncology care, managing 12-15 patients daily during day shifts with no call responsibilities. Duties include oversight of a nurse practitioner, patient enrollment in research studies, and delivery of individualized treatment plans for hematologic and oncologic conditions. Documentation must be maintained through electronic medical record systems for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
